We had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day this year. We don't usually celebrate it too much, just another day in the Fisher house. But,
this year we had green frosted donuts for breakfast {Audrey's first donut!} and then headed over in the afternoon to my grandparents' house {on my mom's side} to celebrate my grandpa's 86th birthday! Audrey had so much fun surrounded by her cousins, playing outside, enjoying some cake and ice cream, and going up to the park {where I grew up playing}. Of course I only got a few pictures of
my kid and then put the camera away and forgot about it. *sigh*
My sister, Shannon, and her family came from out of town and we extended the day by getting pizza and having dinner all together. The only people missing from the celebration were my brother and two of our nieces. Audrey played so hard she got
two skinned up knees {she fell on them twice without so much as a peep} then had a little meltdown when we got home {though the bath could have had something to do with it - oh those sore knees!} and proceeded to sleep for 12 1/2 hours straight! Whew!
Happy St. Patty's Day from the Fisher's!!
